It's a good idea to get to know both the blocking and throwing commands (which you will find below), because the AI in this game can be very annoying and cheap. To transfer between the Right and Middle bars hold the Triangle button and then press Left and O at the same time. To transfer between the Left and Middle bars hold the Triangle button and then press Left and Square at the same time. You are also able to transfer power between the two bars: Once that is done you are able to pull of the character’ s signature super move. Once the bar is full, you must tap the X button until an X appears in the middle of the bar. The final super meter is for the character’ s ultimate super move – the X-Treme Super. From left to right, each one corresponds to a different super move: The first is the three super meters at the bottom of the screen. However, Mutant Academy has a few unique features that are pretty cool. Each character has two main punches and kicks as well as a hyper punch and kick to give them some added damage. You choose your character and beat up the other guy until he is knocked out.
